LOCAL FITNESS TRAINER PLANS FIRST EVER WELLNESS RETREAT IN SACRAMENTO
Monique Hollowell, LaFemme Mobile Gym CEO starts the first local retreat where local residents for the first time do not have to travel out of the city
Sacramento, October 10, 2011 – Have you ever wanted to attend a wellness retreat in Sacramento and found it simply did not exist? Well, until now it did not exist. Local fitness guru Monique Hollowell partnered up with Arden Hills Resort & Spa to create a local wellness event – the very first in the Sacramento area. Currently, if the general public wanted to attend such a retreat they would have to travel to South Lake Tahoe or San Francisco. Monique created a special event on October 29th and 30th and there are only 11 spots left. Attendees can expect quality presentations from 6 national presenters and a special cooking demonstration by the staff at Arden Hills.
Back in 2007, Monique Hollowell wanted to take her business to a new level and launch a national mobile fitness company. Monique currently has 12 trainers in 3 states and is slated to grow and expand in 2012. As CEO of LaFemme Mobile Gym, she has personally changed lives, from weight loss to overall health and wellness. She has been featured in national publications such as Ebony Magazine, Happen Magazine and multiple radio shows. In addition to her busy schedule, Monique is a published Author and hosts a weekly radio show which gives out free wellness advice to the masses. Monique wanted to launch this retreat in order to teach health and wellness to the larger Sacramento community, and most importantly fill the missing need with a never been done before event.
“I am really excited to launch the first wellness retreat in the Sacramento area.” said Monique Hollowell, CEO of LaFemme Mobile Gym. “I am looking forward to presenting and bringing in a quality panel. I hope to make this a reoccurring event and be able to educate on the simple steps to live a healthy lifestyle.”
Monique is also making her appearance at the NAACP Convention on October 21st at the Newport Beach Marriot hotel. Monique will be in attendance with California NAACP President Alice Huffman. To register for the retreat please visit:http://www.lafemmemobilegym.com/.

Simply amazing, the training is cool from a real expert. I hope it will go to LA again, because that’s where I’m heading back to next month.
