IT IS SUPER BORING!!!!. The only attraction is the capitol which unless you are an architecture freak is not so interesting. Is super foggy in winter, moist in summer, and after 5:00pm there is no one outside except maybe some saturdays or fridays. Best place to retire is you want to die peacefully with no live but walk in the park.NOT FOR ANYONE between age of 18-35

The truth about Sacramento: (no offense dude)
Sacramento is a very beautiful city. However, is not a place I would like to live.

When you’re ready to return to Obamaland…I mean, the ghetto…no…no…no…Chicago, that is, do tripple check if your girl is with you ’cause she might end up eloping some rich metrosexual dude somewhere in midtown somewhere!!!…
This town is full of lonesome queers and dikes, especially around the downtown areas!!!

You can clearly see how cold it gets, from all the Palm trees and other plants. Good Grief! Use the internet for what it was designed for, research and collection of information. Not uninformed people sharing opinions.

Sacramento decent place to live but as a former Natomas resident I am bitter. I saw the corrupt city politics there and how the 70,000 Natomas residents have been left out to dry in regards to the levy issues (no pun intended). Natomas was over developed and now the rest of Sacramento is benefiting from the increased tax revenues. This at the expense of public safety. If the American and Sacramento levies fail Natomas will be under 15-20 ft of water. Boy am I glad I got my family out of there.

When you’re a real estate agent, you are your own brand. It’s your own reputation, your own name, on the line. And it’s sad that some people don’t seem to care.

Sacramento is the City of Trees and features many great reasons to live here. I even went far enough as to list some of them at The Sacramento Region – What we Love about it.
Always looking for more input on it, however, so any other things to add on are appreciated.

I agree with the comment above. Being a real estate agent and building a real estate business is very much depending on your own brand. It is hard work, but, it’s fun and rewarding.
